• 上升油压缸使用预充阀补充油量，可使操作上升动作加速，节省操作时间。Up-pressing cylinder with pre-charge valve to fasten upstroke movement and reduce cycle time.

• 前后束紧机构后退时，可控制其后退距离，更换鞋子大小简易。Adjustable backward stroke of the front and back pressing pad to easily change between shoe sizes.
  

• 两支压杆可做偏摆动作·以利鞋楦之取放；免除旧式固定式压杆，操作不便之问题。The two pressing rods can move sideways to allow for wasy loading of shoes.

• 两边各有 8-22 个橡胶发泡体压块每个压块均由独立之油压缸推动可随大小不同之 鞋型做密实之墙边压着。Totally 8~22 of side prssing pads, each pad is activated by independent cylinder to achieve perfect contact with different shapes of shoe sides.

• 每个侧压压块皆装置挡销供选择用与不用，使鞋边之黏着达到最佳之效果。Each side pressing pad is equipped with stop pin to be used or not used for best pressing result.
  

• 鞋头束紧压块有多种型式供选用，对各鞋种及尺码都能达到良好压着效果。Various shapes of toe pad are available for different types and sizes of shoes.
  

• 适用鞋子尺寸 ( 含压底模 ):长 130～400mm / 宽 150mm 以下 / 高 200mm 以下 / 鞋边高 65～80mm。Workable shoe sizes (including pad): Length 130~140mm / width below 150mm / height below 200mm / side wall height 65~80mm.

  
  

• 采用全油压系统设计，适用于龙船底、墙式包底运动鞋及休闲鞋的外底压着，压底、压边及压前后可一次完成或个别完成。Fully Hydrulic system, suitable for sports and casual shoes with flat or walled soles, pressing on the bottom and side for complete sole attachment.

  
  

• 两支压杆高低调整采用油压自动平衡结构，对于鞋楦之高低变化，长统或半长统鞋均免调整，并确保两支压杆之压力平均，使鞋底之压着力量更均匀。Auto-balancing system adopted for the two pressing rods, no need to adjust rod length for different shoe heights.
